(1) The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and working principle of the pipe cutting machine.
(2) The operator should wear protective equipment, especially protective glasses, long hair should be coiled up and wear a work cap, and it is forbidden to wear gloves near the rotating part of the machine tool.
(3) Non-operators are forbidden to adjust any part of the machine tool. Operators should remind irrelevant personnel to leave the machine tool before working. When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to adjust the speed to hit the clutch.
(4) Before starting the machine, lubricate each track, lead screw, and oil cup according to the lubrication requirements, and check the oil level of each reduction box. If the oil level is lower than the oil level, replenish it in time, and check the oil window at any time. Stop the machine for maintenance immediately when it is oily.
(5) When there is no tube in the tube cutter tire, do not press the clamping button to prevent damage to the fixture.
(6) When the pipe is sizing, the sizing device should be extended, and the sizing device should be retracted when cutting, and spot check the cutting and chamfering conditions at any time.
(7) When the pipe cutting machine is working, the operator is prohibited from leaving the operating post.
(8) The automatic cycle is not completed, and manual operation is not allowed.
(9) It is forbidden to clean the iron filings directly by hand. If the iron filings are too long, use a hook to remove them.
(10) Loading and unloading should be handled gently, and it is forbidden to hit or touch any part of the machine tool. It is forbidden to put your arms on the end of the sizing device and the telescopic parts of each cylinder.
(11) The workpiece should be moved away from the blanking place in time, and placed neatly and stably.
(12) When there is a problem with the pipe cutting machine, stop the machine in time, report to the personnel on duty, and prohibit the operation of the pipe cutting machine with diseases.
(13) Shut off the power when off work, clean and lubricate the machine tool, and park the car indoors. Keep relevant records.
The pipe cutting machine must be operated reasonably and maintained regularly to prevent dangerous accidents.
